Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with any product, we want to make it right.

Product Issues

If a product arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll issue a full refund or replacement for that item.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled or modified before the Sunday noon cutoff. After that, orders are being prepared and cannot be changed.

Harvest Box

Skip any week before Sunday at noon — no charge. Cancel your subscription anytime. Refunds for the current week are available if requested before the cutoff.
