1/2 beef processed and packaged

<p>You are buying ½ beef.  The total cost is $2450.  You are putting a deposit of $500 and the balance will be due before delivery.  Your beef will be ready next Fall/Winter. It will be 100% grass fed and finished.  You will be able to customize your beef package.  There is a $100 dollar upcharge to package steaks single, otherwise they come 2 per package.  They are cut 1 ¼ inch thick and roast are 2-3 lbs unless specified before processing.  Ground beef is package in 1 lb bricks.  Patties can be made for an additional $1/lb</p>
